Service Technician - Apartments At North Park

About the role

We're seeking a Service Technician to join our team at North Park in Allison Park, PA. This role involves maintaining apartments and community spaces, handling repairs, preparing apartments for new residents, and ensuring everything looks and functions at its best.

Responsibilities

• Handle service requests and repairs in apartments and buildings
• Get empty homes move-in ready
• Keep the grounds, amenities, and common areas looking great
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections
• Jump in on snow removal and share on-call shifts
• Create a great resident experience with friendly, professional service

Requirements

• Two years maintenance experience and/or training
• High School or GED required
• Trade School or Industry Training is a plus
