Service Technician and Sales Support Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site equipment service, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Sales/marketing support, product demonstrations, and customer follow-ups
• Operator training on LaValley Industries products
• Build relationships with pipeline and utility contractors
• Regional travel required (Mid-South USA)

Qualifications

• Previous pipeline construction or pipeline equipment experience
• Strong mechanical/technical skills
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to travel
• Previous sales and customer service experience
• Must reside in Mid-South USA
• Must be able to lift 75 lbs at minimum
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft products
• Strong team player who can work independently
• Able to problem-solve in the field
• Able to engage in social media support of marketing efforts

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with repairing hydraulic and electrical systems
• Previous experience working on the pipeline right-of-way
• Previous experience working with LaValley Industries products
• Able to travel internationally as needed
