Service Tech I - PHC

Offering $15.16 to $23 per hour This employee compiles ordered pharmaceuticals, supplies, DME equipment, and oxygen. This employee also makes accurate and timely deliveries of all items to patients' homes. Completes appropriate home safety evaluation and patient/caregiver education related to ordered equipment and suppliesPerforms equipment setup, orientation, and demonstration of the safe operation and use of HMETransfills home cryogenic vessels (HCV) and may transfill oxygen cylindersAssists in general warehouse duties such as but not limited to stocking, rotating inventory, receiving, shipping, and processing equipment and suppliesCoordinates with the Area/Facility manager to oversee the daily operations of the branch as it relates to compliance with all operational policies and procedures with delivery, inventory, and warehouseEnsures proper regulatory compliance is maintained as it pertains to FDA, ACHC, DOT, and HIPPADelivers and sets up DME equipment and instructs patients on the basic useCompletes all necessary paperwork including route sheets, work orders, Medicare documents, and all other related paperworkLoads and unloads DME equipment, oxygen, and medical supplies onto delivery truck and ensures it's properly secured and organizedAssists with hiring, coaching, performance appraisals, and disciplining of subordinate staffAssists with daily supervision of departmental staff
