About the role
We're seeking a skilled Apartment Service Technician to maintain our 96-unit community, ensuring it remains safe, beautiful, and fully operational.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to service requests
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks
- Oversee pool care, landscaping, and grounds upkeep
- Prepare apartments for new move-ins (turnkey/make-ready work)
- Maintain tools, supplies, and work areas in a clean and organized manner
- Deliver exceptional service to residents with a positive, professional attitude
Requirements
- At least 1 year of multi-family property maintenance experience
- General knowledge in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs
- Strong communication skills and commitment to excellent customer service
- Ability to participate in on-call rotation for emergency maintenance
Qualifications
- HVAC or EPA certification (preferred)
- Pool maintenance experience (preferred)
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs
- Must be able to bend, stoop, twist, and work in confined spaces
- Comfortable with climbing stairs and reaching overhead for extended periods
- Able to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
