Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair loading dock equipment and industrial doors at customer facilities.
• Act as a technical resource for customers and the sales force.
• Work independently or in small teams in a field service environment.
• Serve as a primary customer contact.

Requirements

• Experience welding and working with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Prior experience in the repair or installation of industrial equipment (preferred).
• Ability to work independently in a field environment.
• Good customer service skills.
• Ability to work outdoors, at heights, and lift up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to drive a company vehicle (requires pre‑employment drug test, clean driving record, and DOT physical).
