Service Tech 1
Job Description
Rite-Hite Service Technicians will install, maintain, and repair loading dock equipment and industrial doors at customer facilities. In addition, Service Technicians act as a technical resource for our customers and our sales force. This position works independently or in small teams in a field service environment, and is a primary customer contact.
Required Experience
- Experience welding and working with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
- Prior experience in the repair or installation of industrial equipment is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a field environment.
- Good customer service skills.
- Ability to work outdoors, at heights, and lift up to 100 pounds.
- Pre-employment drug test and clean driving record required.
- DOT physical required.

Pay
The pay range for this position is determined by the specific location and experience level of the candidate.
Qualifications
Selected candidate must be able to work independently in a field environment. Good customer service skills are required. This position requires the ability to work outdoors, at heights, and lift up to 100 pounds. As this position requires driving a company vehicle, a pre-employment drug test and clean driving record are required, as is a DOT physical.
Skills
