About the role
The Service Team Representative plays a crucial role in supporting the Service Team and maintaining relationships with clients through efficient document processing and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Process and upload various documents into the system, including policies, cancellations, endorsements, quotes, renewal notices, etc.
- Complete daily and monthly carrier reports.
- Collect, sort, open, and scan physical mail documents into the system.
- Avoid conflicts by directing clients to the appropriate parties when needed.
- Deliver excellent customer service to clients through email and other interactions.
- Support the goals of the company by handling repetitive daily tasks.

Qualifications
- High School Degree required.

Skills
- Ability to pass the licensure test to obtain a P&C license.

Pay
The expected salary range for this position is $45,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience, and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level.
Schedule
This is a hybrid role; must be in the Chicagoland area and be willing to come into the office once a week.
