Service Team Member - Level III

About the role

Enjoy hands-on work? Like staying busy and being part of a team? Amos' Place is looking for dependable Restaurant Service Team Members to support food preparation and daily kitchen operations. This is a hands-on restaurant position for someone who is comfortable working with food, following recipes and procedures, and helping a busy kitchen team stay prepared and organized. Previous food service or kitchen experience is helpful, but we are also willing to train dependable individuals who are ready to learn.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients according to recipes and established procedures
• Measure and portion ingredients accurately and consistently
• Assist with food assembly and basic kitchen production
• Set up and maintain organized food preparation workstations
• Label and properly store prepared food items
• Rotate products and ingredients to maintain quality and freshness
• Restock ingredients and supplies during service
• Support cooks and kitchen team members with food preparation
• Adapt to changing kitchen needs and priorities
• Maintain clean and organized preparation and storage areas
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
• Help maintain consistency in portioning, presentation, and product quality

Requirements

• Previous restaurant, kitchen, or food preparation experience is preferred, but not required
• Comfortable working with food and learning kitchen procedures
• Able to follow recipes, instructions, and established processes
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable and team-oriented
• Willing to learn and assist in different areas of the kitchen as needed
