Store team member responsible for delivering friendly customer service, assisting shoppers, and maintaining store operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service, help customers locate products, and offer solutions
• Ensure a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to company standards
• Engage customers on the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards; complete enrollments
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
• Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance, including returns and general store recovery to ensure a well-merchandised and in-stock store
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements
• Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner; remain positive and professional in difficult situations
• Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production (preferred)
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to remain standing for long periods of time
• Ability to move throughout the store, including regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching
• Capability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves using a ladder or similar equipment
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years or older

Work Environment

• Public retail store setting with climate-controlled public areas; some stock rooms may not be climate controlled
• Some outdoor work, such as retrieving shopping carts or unloading trucks
• Frame shop contains glass cutter and heat press
• Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings

Pay

Total base pay range for this position: $12.00 - $14.10 per hour. This position may be eligible for overtime compensation in accordance with state and local laws.
