Service Team Members/Hosts at Ezell’s Famous Chicken take all orders, package, and present them to guests. Your interaction shapes the guest’s perception of Ezell’s customer service and impacts the restaurant’s sales, food quality, and speed of service. We’re looking for fun, energetic, and hardworking individuals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver welcoming, caring, and cheerful hospitality
• Collaborate with other Team Members to ensure a positive guest experience
• Maintain food quality
• Practice “clean as you go” throughout your shift
• Ensure 100% accuracy with guest orders
• Work as part of a team in a busy atmosphere
