About the role

Ezell’s Famous Chicken Service Team Members/Hosts take all orders, package, and present them to guests. Their interaction largely shapes guests’ perception of Ezell’s customer service and impacts restaurant sales, food quality, and speed of service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver welcoming, caring, and cheerful hospitality
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive guest experience
• Maintain food quality
• Practice “clean as you go” throughout each shift

Qualifications

• Ensure 100% accuracy with guest orders
• Willing to work as part of a team in a busy atmosphere
