POSITION PURPOSE
The Service Team Member ensures "Best in Class" customer service from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with restaurant team members and management to achieve operational goals, maintain a positive work environment, and uphold company standards.
- Greet and assist customers with their orders in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Continuously strive to meet or exceed customer expectations and satisfaction.
- Assist in preparing food items in strict compliance with company recipes and procedures. May include, but not limited to, the preparation/assembly of various menu items, shredding chicken, preparing salsa/dressing, and condiment packing.
- Process and assemble customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Use suggestive selling to complete the customer experience and increase sales.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to support restaurant operations.
Qualifications
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform the essential functions of the job.

- Certifications: Obtain Food Handler Certification promptly upon hire, adhering to EPL policy and state regulations.
- Educational/Work Experience: Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred but not required.
