Assist with service training and the development of agents. Duties And Responsibilities Motivate team members to increase production and continue to develop as agents.Assist in training agents for new and current, products and carriers.Provide constructive feedback on the team’s progressProvide new strategies to increase productionContinue to complete the daily responsibilities of a service agent.Eligible for team goal-based bonusCan be removed from Team Leader title if not adhering to requirements or showing leadership abilities Additional Requirements 2-20 or 20-44 Required knowledge, skills, and abilitiesStrong ability to develop and maintain constructive, cooperative, positive, and trusting working relationships with others Ability to adapt to a changing competitive environment. Experience in handling conflict situations with the utmost professionalismDemonstrate resourcefulness and initiative.
