Service Support Staff
About the role
Doug Smith Subaru is looking for a dependable, customer-focused Service Support Specialist to join our Service Department. This is a hands-on support position that helps keep our service department organized, efficient, and moving throughout the day. The position includes working with customer vehicles, supporting daily service operations, assisting customers on the service drive, and stepping in to help manage customer service visits when needed. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working around vehicles, is comfortable interacting with customers, and wants to learn more about the automotive service industry.
