SERVICE SUPPORT AGENT
About the role
We are looking for a Service Support Agent to assist our Service Team at ONYX Automotive. In this role, you will provide top-notch customer service by greeting all guests who enter the Service Drive, preparing the drive for guest arrivals, and maintaining the loaner rental fleet.
Responsibilities
- Prepare the Service Drive for guest arrival each day by moving or coordinating the movement of vehicles left from the previous day.
- Assist in maintaining the Loaner Rental Fleet, including cleaning vehicles, applying/removing decals, and moving and staging vehicles.
- Greet service guests arriving at the dealership and locate their appointment details on the Appointment Log.
- Perform a groove glove inspection of every vehicle checked in.
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM. Rotating Saturdays (if working Saturday, you will have Thursday off).
Requirements
- A passion for delivering a great customer experience.
- A clean driving record.
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle safely in all directions (forward, backward, and turning).
- High energy and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to grow, learn, and advance within the company.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, pushing, climbing, leaning, twisting, reaching, kneeling, and crouching.
Qualifications
Experience confidently operating automatic, electric, hybrid, and manual vehicles is preferred.
