Service Supervisor (I – III) – Cementing
Job Duties
Under general supervision, coordinates and oversees cementing service line work at the well site, providing quality service to the customer.
Provides the planning necessary for the job including instructions to the crew and equipment used, including dispute resolutions to approved levels.
Ensures customer satisfaction with work performed.
Captures and directs the activities of service operators.
Captures and directs the cleanup, repair, and preparation of equipment for the next job.
Plans and performs necessary calculations for the total job at the well site as needed.
Led the site crew comprised of Halliburton and/or non-Halliburton employees.
Evaluates individual performance levels of the crew and trains operators to improve their job performance.
Qualifications
- Candidates who are not legally authorized to work in the United States will not be considered.
- Halliburton will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in Cementing operations is required.
- A Class A CDL (commercial driver's license) with Hazmat endorsement and manual transmission experience is required.
- The ability to communicate effectively with others is necessary.
- Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness and complies with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations.
- Ensures compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and guidelines.
- Promotes and takes an active part in the Quality Improvement Process.
- Candidate must meet the minimum developmental standards for this job classification.
Additional Information
Position is eligible for a $300 monthly stipend based out of Farmington, NM. $45/day Per Diem 2 weeks on 1 week off schedule. *Halliburton reserves the right to adjust schedules based on industry needs.*
