About the role
Responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring high standards of service are maintained across multifamily properties. Manage staff, handle tenant issues, and coordinate maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure property standards are met
- Manage and train staff to provide exceptional customer service
- Handle tenant complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely completion
- Perform regular inspections to maintain property condition
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in multifamily management or similar field
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage teams
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience with property management software
- Knowledge of local housing laws and regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
