Responsibilities

• Oversee and complete apartment maintenance and repairs
• Manage work orders and apartment turnovers
• Perform preventative maintenance to keep all systems running smoothly
• Lead maintenance team members, providing guidance and support
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and property upkeep
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems, plumbing, appliances, and electrical issues

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in residential property maintenance (or similar fields)
• CFC and HVAC certification required
• Strong training in plumbing and electrical systems
• Expertise in general apartment maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, appliances, electrical)
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between properties if needed
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Positive, solution-oriented attitude and exceptional problem-solving abilities
