Service Supervisor

About the role

Responsible for supervising and managing multifamily service operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily service tasks including cleaning, repairs, and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations.
• Communicate directly with residents to address concerns and provide solutions.
• Manage staff schedules and conduct performance evaluations.
• Coordinate with property management team to resolve complex issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in multifamily management or similar field.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with residents and staff.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with property management software.
