About the role
Responsible for supervising and managing multifamily service operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and resident satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily service tasks including cleaning, repairs, and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations.
- Communicate directly with residents to address concerns and provide solutions.
- Manage staff schedules and conduct performance evaluations.
- Coordinate with property management team to resolve complex issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in multifamily management or similar field.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with residents and staff.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with property management software.
Skills

Pay
