Job Overview
Komatsu Company Owned Distributor East is a major distributor of Komatsu and Allied OEM heavy construction equipment in the northeast and is owned by Komatsu America Corporation. This person will play a critical role in overseeing shop and field repairs, services, maintenance of equipment, and directs the troubleshooting, inspection, repair, and testing of equipment. This position is based out of our Hatfield PA location.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Develops and maintains repair schedules for all personnel on daily basis.
- Creates the work order and oversees the ordering of necessary parts and materials, and provides all pertinent information to service clerk for closing of work order and invoicing within company policy.
- Maintains constant communication with Customers by providing repair estimates, change recommendations, scheduling, and completion dates, and obtains customer approval for all the above.
