About the role

Utilize your mechanical and leadership skills to oversee one of our service stations. This position qualifies for a tire labor commission and a first-year retention bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operations and administration of the tire facility by ensuring efficient and quality customer service while meeting company goals and objectives
• Manage the sales, billing, inventory, scheduling, policies, and maintenance of the location
• Help recruit, retain, and develop personnel in a professional manner
• Work hands-on in the station to perform services for the customer
