Service Specialist
About the role
Opensity Solutions is seeking a Service Specialist to join our team. Service Specialists provide a variety of support within our client locations, cross training in multiple service areas such as filing, reception, hospitality, records, copy, mail, or other positions as applicable. This position requires a team player mentality, the ability to deliver on service commitments timely, and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Mail Services: Metering, sorting, and distributing mail and accountable packages per schedule
- Copy Services: Accurately producing copy, print, and scan projects per written instructions
- Reception: Answering incoming telephone calls, greeting visitors, and announcing visitors professionally
- Hospitality Services: Coordinating and maintaining client conference rooms, common areas, and kitchens, inspecting and ensuring cleanliness, stocking supplies, and distributing kitchen supplies
- Floor Coordination: Upkeep of copy rooms, stocking of general supplies, delivering paper, and performing basic daily maintenance
- Facilities Services: Hanging pictures, small office moves, cleaning services, and communicating with key client contacts regarding building/equipment concerns
Qualifications & Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ work experience in a customer services field
- Ability to multitask with attention to detail
- Ability to resolve issues with professionalism and tact
- Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater
- Ability to grasp, lift, or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs
- Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, or sit for an extended period of time
Pay
The Compensation range for this role is up to $23.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
Schedule
Monday-Friday (7am-4pm)
