Service Specialist

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Metering, sorting, and distributing mail and accountable packages per schedule
• Accurately producing copy, print, and scan projects per written instructions
• Answering incoming telephone calls and routing to the appropriate person
• Greeting and announcing visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Coordination and upkeep of client conference rooms, common areas and kitchens
• Set-up and break-down of catering for in-office events
• Inspecting and ensuring all rooms are clean, stocked with supplies and ready for continual use
• Distribution of client kitchen supplies
• Maintain inventory control and order supplies as needed
• Upkeep of copy rooms and stocking of general supplies
• Delivery of paper and basic daily maintenance
• Upkeep of common areas throughout the floors, ensuring all areas are stocked, operational, and clean
• Floor Coordination includes hanging pictures, small office moves, and communication with key client contacts regarding building/equipment concerns
• Coordinate and display catering orders for events

Qualifications & Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years work experience in a customer services field
• Ability to multitask with attention to detail
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to resolve issues with professionalism and tact
• Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater
• Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.
• Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Opportunity Details

Part Time Position - 20 hours per week.

The Compensation range for this role is 17.86 to 20.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
