The Service Specialist provides exceptional client service and operational support within a professional law firm environment. This position supports attorneys, staff, and clients by providing copy and print production, scanning, document finishing, mail and UPS shipping services, hospitality support, supply management, and other office services functions. This position requires the ability to prioritize time-sensitive requests, follow detailed production instructions, maintain accuracy and quality, and work both independently and collaboratively as part of the office services team. The Service Specialist must be flexible and willing to support team members and operational needs as priorities shift. DTLA 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Pay: $24 Essential Responsibilities Process copy, print, scan, and document production requests, including high-volume and time-sensitive projects. Perform document finishing services, including binder assembly, tabbing, spiral binding, three-hole punching, collating, stapling, and quality control. Review completed production work for accuracy, proper formatting, page order, and overall quality before delivery. Process incoming and outgoing mail, courier deliveries, and UPS shipments. Prepare UPS shipping documentation, process shipping labels, and maintain delivery tracking records as needed. Set up, maintain, and reset conference rooms for meetings, events, and client functions. Reset and maintain guest offices to ensure they are clean, organized, and ready for use. Collect dishes and glassware from offices and common areas, load and unload the dishwasher, and maintain kitchen and hospitality areas. Coordinate hospitality services, including food and beverage support. Maintain office supply, hospitality, and inventory levels. Monitor shared service inboxes and respond to requests in a timely manner. Support special projects and other administrative or office services needs as assigned. Work collaboratively with team members to support operational needs and changing priorities. Follow all client, company, building, confidentiality, and operational policies and procedures. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 2-3 years of office services, hospitality, or related professional-services experience preferred. Legal copy/reprographics or law firm office services experience highly preferred. Hands-on experience with high-volume copying, printing, scanning, and document finishing highly preferred. Experience assembling binders, inserting tabs, spiral binding, three-hole punching, collating, and preparing documents according to detailed production instructions highly preferred. Experience processing UPS shipments and courier requests preferred. Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment with minimal supervision. Strong team player with a collaborative approach and willingness to support team members and operational needs as priorities shift. Strong customer service and communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize multiple requests and work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
