Overview
IST Management is seeking an Office Services Associate to join our Rosemont team in an on-site capacity. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality mailroom, facilities, and administrative support services within a professional office environment. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, technologically proficient, and willing to learn and grow within the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site corporate mailroom, facilities, and office support services
- Support conference room setup and hospitality needs
- Perform light administrative duties, including maintaining daily logs and records
- Operate mailing, copy, and fax equipment efficiently
- Deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly, professional, and cooperative attitude
- Complete administrative tasks such as typing correspondence, filing, copying, data entry, word processing, and handling fax communications
- Manage shipping and receiving, order supplies, and maintain accurate employee distribution lists
- Pick up and deliver mail, packages, copy jobs, and faxes throughout the office
- Lift and transport large bundles of mail, overnight deliveries, and paper shipments
- Handle confidential and time-sensitive materials with discretion and urgency
- Maintain and troubleshoot copier and office equipment as needed
- Adapt to changing customer demands in a high-volume, fast-paced production environment
- Follow established business procedures and take direction from supervisors or site managers
- Participate in cross-training and maintain accurate logs and reporting documentation with strong attention to detail
- Adhere to all safety protocols and perform additional duties as assigned

Pay and Schedule
- Hourly Rate: $19.00 - 20.00
- Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm (no weekends)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- College Degree is a plus and allows a fast track plan to management
- Customer Service/ Hospitality/ Retail background preferred
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
- Competency in performing multiple functional tasks
- Able to meet employer's attendance policy
- A valid drivers license and access to reliable transportation to and from work
