Service Specialist

Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Service Specialist for a temp-to-hire opportunity in San Bernardino, CA. This role is ideal for an administrative, customer service, or dispatch professional with transportation experience who enjoys a fast-paced environment and supporting daily operations. The Service Specialist is a blended Admin, CSR, and Dispatcher position supporting commercial driver coordination, compliance documentation, onboarding, injury reporting, and team communication. Training will be provided to help you succeed in the company’s processes, systems, and service expectations. Key Responsibilities Assist with dispatching commercial drivers to various assigned locations. Support DOT compliance file maintenance, document review, and record accuracy. Prepare and file injury reports while following internal procedures. Make outbound and inbound calls to drivers, team members, and other contacts as needed. Support hiring and onboarding activities for new drivers. Help the team maintain smooth daily operations in a fast-paced service environment. Compensation And Benefits Pay: $25 to $28 per hour. Job type: Temp-to-hire. Location: San Bernardino, CA. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., on-site, with a 30-minute lunch. Occasional weekend schedule: Saturday and Sunday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., work from home. Flexibility to work overtime is required.
