About the role
The Service Solutions Sales Representative role at Horizon Systems supports customers in the process manufacturing industry by selling parts, components, and services. Ideal candidates are those with a technical mindset who enjoy problem-solving and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Serve as regional contact for aftermarket inquiries from existing or potential customers and provide quotations and sales support as necessary.
- Drive sales by building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities to expand our market reach.
- Build relationships with new and existing customers through telephone, email, and video conferencing.
- Collaborate with production and procurement teams for product availability and timely deliveries.
- Maintain customer records in our CRM and track sales opportunities.
