Service - Service Rep - Part time

About the Role

As a Service Representative (Parking Lot Attendant), you'll return carts to the Store, perform general clean-up duties, and assist Customers as needed.

Responsibilities

• Collects carts from the parking lot and removes trash from carts prior to returning to cart storage area.
• Cleans and picks up trash and debris from landscaping around the Store.
• Maintains a clean environment in the front elevation of the Store, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and ensuring overall cleanliness and safety.
• Performs carts and parts basket relocation, power-washing basket relocation for department setup, and red basket fill-up/retrieval.
• Communicates supply needs to the Front End Manager.
• Assists Customers in locating merchandise and performs duties with a total Store mindset.

Requirements

• Ability to complete Company orientation and understand basics of safety.
• Ability to work hard in extreme temperatures (hot, cold).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying aware of Customer needs.

Physical Demands & Working Conditions

• Frequently stand, walk, bend, kneel, pull, push, reach, squat, and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Frequently exposed to extreme outside temperatures (hot, cold).
• Physical activity measurements (per 8-hour day):
  • Constantly: 5.5+ hours
  • Frequently: 2.5 - 5.5 hours
  • Occasionally: 0 - 2.5 hours
• Partners must never lift beyond their own safe limit; assistance must be requested for heavy items.
