Service - Service Rep - Part time

About the Role

As a Service Representative (Parking Lot Attendant), you'll return carts to the Store, perform general clean-up duties, and assist Customers as needed.

Responsibilities

• Collect carts from the parking lot and remove trash from carts prior to returning them to storage.
• Clean and pick up trash and debris from landscaping around the Store.
• Maintain a clean environment in the front elevation of the Store, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and ensuring safety.
• Perform carts and parts basket relocation, power-washing basket relocation, and red basket fill-up/retrieval for department setup.
• Communicate supply needs to the Front End Manager.
• Assist Customers in locating merchandise.
• Perform duties with a total Store mindset.

Requirements

• Ability to work hard in extreme temperatures (hot, cold).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work around Customers while staying aware of their needs.
• Completion of Company Orientation and Basics of Safety training.

Physical Demands

• Frequently stand, walk, bend, kneel, pull, push, reach, squat, and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Frequently exposed to extreme outside temperatures (hot, cold).
• Constantly (5.5+ hours per 8-hour day): standing, walking, and other physical activities.
• Frequently (2.5–5.5 hours per 8-hour day): bending, kneeling, pulling, pushing, reaching, squatting.
• Occasionally (0–2.5 hours per 8-hour day): other physical tasks as needed.

Partners must never lift beyond their own safe lifting limit. If an item is too heavy, break it down into lighter components or ask for assistance.
