Service Sales & Marketing Specialist

About the role

This position focuses on a combination of general sales and marketing work, including both face-to-face and remote sales to new or existing customers. You will assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products, services, or solutions.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and deliver marketing strategies for products, services, and associated brands.
• Evaluate, measure, and manage the product or brand P&L, including budgeting, expenditures, profitability, and return-on-investment.
• Provide customer service and support, including information on product pricing, billing, shipping, delivery, and issue resolution.

Requirements

• Broad theoretical job knowledge typically obtained through advanced education.
• Work is closely supervised; problems faced are not typically difficult or complex.
• Ability to explain facts, policies, and practices related to the job area.

Pay

Compensation is based on achievement of sales targets.
