Service & Sales Manager – Home Services
About the role
This role is focused on operational execution, team support, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Support day to day operations across multiple home service departments including plumbing, HVAC, and electrical
- Coach and support department managers and field supervisors
- Help improve technician productivity, scheduling efficiency, and service performance
- Improve operational systems, workflows, and accountability across departments
- Track and monitor key operational metrics including revenue performance, technician productivity, and conversion rates
- Work closely with leadership to support operational goals and company initiatives
- Help improve consistency across service, install, and support teams
- Reinforce a culture of accountability, teamwork, and customer service
- Identify operational challenges and help implement practical solutions
Requirements
We're looking for someone with experience in skilled trades or service based industries such as plumbing, HVAC, electrical, construction, roofing, solar, or similar.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting operations and managing teams in a field service environment.
Strong organizational, leadership, and problem solving skills are required.
An ability to improve processes and support operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment is essential.
Experience working in a growing company environment is preferred.
A comfort level working closely with leadership and department managers is necessary.
Experience with ServiceTitan or similar platforms is a plus.
