Service Sales Executive, New England (Boston Area)
About the Role
Plans and executes sales targets and activities in a specified region for the portfolio of a unit to increase sales with potential customers and achieve defined commercial targets. This role is well suited to an ambitious professional looking for the next step in their career. As a Service Sales Executive, you will be responsible for sales of service contracts for capital equipment at the hospital level and will be located in the New England (Boston) area.
Responsibilities
- Develop and close business for all Siemens Service Agreements, including new Service sales opportunities, ISM (multi-vendor) sites, Service Agreement renewals/extensions, etc.
- Achieve or exceed objectives set for sales of Service Agreements within the assigned area and meet Siemens objectives specified in the SSE’s Balance Scorecard.
- Assess customer/business opportunities for Service Agreement Sales and develop/maintain plans to maximize Service business in the assigned sales area.
- Implement Service sales plans and the Siemens CRM Sell Process; conduct calls to close sales of Service Agreements to targeted customers.
- After Service Agreement sales, monitor the delivery of services and develop relationships with customer stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and renewal of Siemens Service Agreements.
- Travel approximately 30%.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is required, with 3+ years of sales experience.
- Demonstrated success at meeting and exceeding goals, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong computer skills required, including good knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and various Databases.
- Ability to create financially based packages in Excel.
- A clean driving record over the last three years and a current valid driver’s license.
Preferred Qualifications
- Undergraduate major in business or the medical technology field.
- 3+ years of Service Product Sales experience or experience selling capital equipment into hospitals.
- Specific Diagnostic Imaging Sales experience.

Pay
The base pay range for this position is $58,400 - $80,300. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. If this is a commission-eligible position, the commission will be in accordance with the Company’s plan and based on individual and/or company performance.

Position must have full access to Siemens Healthineers' client sites to perform the essential functions of this role.
