Service Route Supervisor

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assists in the training and development of team members
• Reviews reports for from supervisors and managers regarding profitability at accounts
• Leads and assists on projects assigned by the Branch Manager
• Maintains positive customer relations by visiting accounts
• Manages Drivers
• Implements headquarters and in-house promotional activities
• Supports company programs and branch goals
• Marks branch inventory percentages, direct labor costs, waste percentages, inventory levels, and consumption
• Addresses customer inquiries/complaints within 24 hours

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License
• Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle
• Able to operate a company vehicle in a safe manner
• Good driving record
• Previous vending experience is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills for communicating with fellow workers and customers
• Able to effectively work independently and utilize time efficiently
• Problem Solver
• Willingness to learn in a dynamic industry
