About the role
This position will service customer accounts in the Dubuque, Dyersville, Manchester, IA area on day shift. As a Service Representative you will be on-site, front-facing, at our client locations to service and stock delivered products, scan and download product orders, unload and load material as required and troubleshoot with customers.

Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- The ability to repetitively lift up to 30-50# and walk 3-7 miles a day
