Service & Repair Electrician

About the role

This position performs and coordinates the installation and service of electrical products and services in residential and light‑commercial settings.

Responsibilities

• Installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial electrical equipment and services.
• Determine the general condition of all electrical equipment, troubleshoot malfunctions, and assess the extent of necessary repairs.
• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and job specifications as they apply to the craft.
• Identify proper materials and material quantities for new and existing repair projects.
• Use the Straight Forward Pricing Guide to accurately present repair or installation options and complete safety inspections.

Requirements

• 3+ years of residential electrician experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screening.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients about issues and provide accurate solutions.
• Local and state electrician licenses as required.
• Sign‑on bonus is based on candidate’s experience.

Pay

Compensation: $62,000.00 – $104,000.00 per year.
