Service Reg Sales Mgr

Overview

The Service Sales Manager at ENFRA is responsible for mentoring and managing sales engineers, working with regional and key customers, developing solutions, estimating work, and selling HVAC service agreements for commercial clients.

Responsibilities

• Mentors and manages sales engineers in the assigned offices.
• Regularly interacts with sales engineers for strategy reviews, presentations, sales pipelines, and estimate reviews.
• Sources and contacts potential regional clients weekly, documenting and reporting findings accurately, thoroughly, and timely.
• Updates the CRM and ensures sales engineers provide accurate and timely information.
• Maintains and reports on sales plan goals for assigned areas.
• Conducts annual performance reviews for reporting sales engineers.
• Reviews quarterly bookings for assigned sales engineers for commission bonus processing.
• Develops and maintains an active pipeline to support the designed sales plan.
• Builds long-term relationships to foster brand loyalty.
• Acts as a subject matter expert on company service offerings.

Qualifications

• Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must be organized and self-motivated with the ability to source leads, make cold calls, follow up calls, and visit potential clients.
• Professional manner and appearance.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.
• Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a technical or business discipline or a minimum of 10 years' experience with a proven track record in HVAC, Mechanical, or related sales.
• Sales management experience.

Travel Requirements

10-15% of time will be spent traveling to job sites/offices.

Physical Activities

• Climbing stairs.
• Standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
• Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.

Environmental Conditions

Quiet environment.

Physical Demands

• Light work that includes adjusting and/or moving objects up to 20 pounds.
