Service Provider - Grocery (45023)

Duties And Responsibilities

• Professionally clean and maintain facility using cleaning procedures and products that conform to the scope of work.
• This may entail the movement of reasonably portable items to allow for thorough cleaning around them.
• The cleaning technician will utilize commercial cleaning equipment including, but not limited to, an auto-scrubber, propane burnisher and carpet extractor.
• Maintain open and frequent communication with direct supervisor to address issues, provide solutions, and immediately report any safety incidents or property damage.
• Responsible for orientation and training sessions for all cleaners to ensure they have a full understanding of the scope of work, use and maintenance of equipment, and requirements for documenting hours worked.
• Participate actively in all safety programs and activities and responsible for using safety measures in work areas.
• Functions as an extension of TEC Services Management team

Qualifications

• Custodial experience is preferred.
• Punctuality and reliability are a must.
• Honesty and exceptional work ethic.
