We are currently seeking safety-focused drivers to join our team of Service Professionals. No prior fueling experience is required. We provide drivers with stock options in Booster, making them owners in the business. We promote internally, with career tracks as drivers, managers, and more.
Responsibilities
- Safely deliver fuel to commercial and industrial fleet customers
- Perform daily maintenance checks on company vehicles, including pre/post-trip inspections and safety checks on tanker vehicles before operating pumps
- Use company apps and electronic equipment to navigate locations and fulfill customer requests
- Demonstrate general mechanical knowledge of tankers and troubleshooting of pump systems
- Complete general and site-specific safety awareness training
- Utilize personal protective equipment
- Perform 80 to 200+ individual vehicle fills per shift
- Consistently push, pull, and lift 50 lbs throughout the shift
- Perform high-volume repetitive body motion, including getting in and out of tanker vehicles under various weather conditions
- Climb stairs repeatedly throughout the shift
- Operate equipment such as fuel pump nozzles, including constant pulling and reeling of hoses
Requirements
- Possess a valid Class A, B, or C commercial driver’s license
- Tanker and Hazmat endorsements required
- Air brake endorsement preferred
- 6 months of recent commercial driving experience preferred
- Obtain and maintain a valid DOT medical card, Hazardous Materials Endorsement, TWIC Card (as needed per region), TSA clearance, and DOT physical
- Able to obtain access to terminals for loading fuel tankers

Skills
- Mechanical: Basic ability to identify and troubleshoot issues related to fuel tankers (e.g., air compressor, PTO, Optimus connectivity, e-brake, hydraulic systems, pump systems, oil levels, meters)
- Technology: Basic knowledge of app-based technology (Slack, iPad, Kobra, Optimus) and understanding of tablet/equipment use, wireless communication, and routing/navigating apps
