Responsibilities

• Drives vehicles to and from service areas and lot as needed
• Affixes with vehicle flow within dealership as service tickets are generated
• Provides customer courtesy washes as requested
• Inspects vehicles to detect damage and to verify the presence of accessories listed on the invoice
• Records the description of damages and lists missing items on the delivery receipt
• Servicing vehicles in storage to protect tires, battery, and finish against deterioration
• Maintain cleanliness of the facility, including sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors
• Clean sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly
• Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized
• Conduct test drives to identify and verify sound/noises in vehicles
• Report any issues or anomalies found during test drives to the service team
• Deliver parts to various shops as needed
• Pick up parts from suppliers and ensure timely delivery to the facility
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups
• Restock parts inventory and ensure items are properly organized
• Break down boxes and pallets for recycling or disposal
• Organize and store materials in designated areas
• Assist with loading and unloading shipments as needed

Qualifications

• Able to operate both automatic and manual transmissions
• Enthusiastic
• Friendly
• Minimum of 18 years old with a current, valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• This position requires the ability to bend, kneel, walk or stand for long periods of time in all types of weather
