Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they arrive in the service drive with a warm, and friendly demeanor.
• Aid customers with check-in for service appointments, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Cookordination with Service Advisors to ensure timely communication and seamless service experiences.
• Checking battery voltage and air filters
• Filling tires with air
• Moving vehicles around the lot.
• Driving the Shuttle Van to drop off and pick up customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized service drive area.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software applications.
