Responsibilities

• Move and stage vehicles between lot locations, service bays, and the service drive safely and efficiently
• Greet guests on the service drive with a friendly and professional presence
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of vehicles in the service department
• Keep the service drive, lot, and common areas clean, organized, and ready for guests at all times
• Aid service advisors and technicians with vehicle movement and staging to keep the workflow moving without delays
• Perform vehicle wash and detail duties as needed to support delivery readiness
• Support the service team with general tasks that keep the department operating at full speed

Requirements

• No prior automotive experience required, but training will be provided to the right candidate
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Able to remain on your feet and stay active throughout your shift
• Moves with a sense of urgency and takes pride in doing the job right every time
• Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in doing the job right every time
• A friendly and professional presence with guests

Qualifications

• Passionate about hospitality and customer service
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
