About the role

Mike’s Plumbing of Southwest Florida is hiring a full-time Plumbing Installer to sell and install residential water systems and handle quality plumbing installations for homeowners in the Naples area.

Responsibilities

- Install, maintain, and pressure-test pipes, fittings, and fixtures for water, drainage, gas, and related systems. - Diagnose issues and complete repairs when needed.

Requirements

- 5+ years of residential plumbing experience. - Strong installation, troubleshooting, and repair skills. - Comfortable using a tablet and smartphone. - Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. - Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. - Own tools. - Able to work independently and manage time efficiently.

Qualifications

- Professional, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.

Skills

- Clean work, solid installs, and doing things the right way — to code and to spec.
