Responsibilities

• Take the lead on handling plumbing issues at apartment buildings throughout the Los Angeles area
• Dispatch to different properties, diagnose problems, and complete necessary tasks with precision and professionalism
• Be the go‑to expert residents rely on, delivering solutions that keep homes safe and functioning smoothly
• Ensure comfort, safety, and peace of mind for the people you serve

Requirements

• 3+ years of plumbing experience
• Basic plumbing skills (preferred)
• Apartment building plumbing knowledge (preferred)
• Multi-family plumbing experience (preferred)
• Technical expertise, strong work ethic, and a customer‑first mindset
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening test

Pay

$25–$35 an hour, depending on experience

Schedule

Full-time Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm, with additional opportunities for night shifts, weekend shifts, on-call work, and overtime. Night and weekend hours will be discussed during the hiring process.
