Service Plumber Technician
About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic carpet care apprentices to join our team. As one of our carpet care apprentices, you will learn all aspects of the trade including carpet cleaning, restoration, repair, and water extraction.
Responsibilities
- Learn all aspects of the carpet care trade
- Carry out carpet cleaning, restoration, repair, and water extraction
- Perform pre-cleaning inspections with keen attention to detail
- Respond to flooding emergencies swiftly and steadily
- Comply with quality, safety, and regulatory standards
- Foster and build lasting relationships with customers through outstanding service
- Document all quotes, invoices, and work performed with in-depth precision
- Communicate professionally and conscientiously in all customer and team interactions

- Availability to work Monday-Friday with a mandatory weekend and overnight on-call rotation
- Proficiency in English, including reading, writing, understanding, and speaking
- Ability to perform all necessary physical aspects of the job, including, but not limited to, lifting, moving, pushing, pulling, and carrying at least 60 pounds; standing, kneeling, and crawling for extending periods of time; and working in a variety of environments including from heights and within tight spaces
- At least 21 years of age (for insurance purposes)
- Valid driver's license with a minimum of three years of driving experience and satisfactory driving record
- Capability to pass background check and drug screening
Qualifications
