Service Plumber - Marietta

About the role

You’ll be playing an important role within the Plumbing Department at Mr. Plumber Atlanta, a fast-growing company under the Coolray umbrella. This position involves working closely with other departments to ensure accurate work and delivering world-class customer service.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose common and diverse plumbing emergencies efficiently and accurately
• Perform plumbing services
• Provide customers with information on PlumbingCare Maintenance Agreements
• Replace and repair water heaters, fixtures, and drains
• Use conventional sewer machines competently

Requirements

• A GA State Plumbing License is preferred
• Strong residential service and repair experience, including diagnosing and troubleshooting a normal plumbing system
• Experience with leak location and repair is a plus
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations
• Results-driven in a high-energy environment
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) test
• Ability to work in various weather conditions

• $80,000 - $150,000 annually
