Service Plumber

Responsibilities

• Primarily residential service plumbing
• Installation, service, and maintenance of plumbing systems and hot water heating systems
• Radiant Heat service
• Installing hot water heaters (tank & tankless), indirect hot water boilers, water filtration, sump pumps, garbage disposals, etc.
• Small re-pipe work (no full home re-pipes)
• Performing advanced plumbing tasks, including maintenance, repair, and servicing of a wide range of fixtures and equipment
• Independent execution of routine maintenance and repair work
• Supervision and training of apprentices

Requirements

• 2+ years of service plumbing experience
• Residential plumbing experience required
• Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability and enthusiasm to mentor and train apprentices
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Journeyman or Master Plumber (PA) license preferred
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record

Pay

$24.00 - $34.00 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule

• 5-day, 8-hour shift
• 4-day, 10-hour shift
• Overtime as required
