WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems (water heaters, water lines, fixtures, drains, and more)
- Perform service calls efficiently and professionally across the Indianapolis area
- Communicate findings and options to homeowners honestly and clearly
- Keep your truck stocked, organized, and ready for the next call
- Represent Carter’s My Plumber with professionalism on every job
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3–5 years of residential plumbing experience
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills across common residential plumbing systems
- Professional, friendly communication with homeowners
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Plumbing license preferred — not required
