Service Plumber

About the role

Responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings. Ensures compliance with local building codes and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, and faulty fixtures.
• Install new plumbing systems according to manufacturer specifications and local codes.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on existing plumbing systems.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
• Follow all safety protocols and adhere to OSHA guidelines.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• At least 2 years of relevant plumbing experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and tools.
• Experience with common plumbing fixtures and appliances.
• Understanding of building codes and safety regulations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Skills

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Good physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.

Pay

$20 - $25 per hour based on experience.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM, with occasional overtime as needed.
