About the role

We are seeking talented individuals to join our Service & Parts Department at Subaru of Sterling. Our team is dedicated to delivering honest value, earning customers for life, taking personal ownership, improving constantly, and having fun!

Responsibilities

• Technicians: Perform all levels of service and repair work on Subaru vehicles.
• Service Advisors: Provide excellent customer service and assist with vehicle maintenance and repairs.
• Appointment Coordinator: Manage customer appointments and ensure smooth workflow.
• Service Porters/Valet: Assist customers with their vehicles during service appointments.
• Warranty Administrator: Handle warranty claims and ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines.
• Cashier: Process payments and manage cash transactions.
• Parts Advisors: Provide expert advice on parts and accessories.
• Stock Clerks: Maintain accurate inventory levels and assist with restocking.
• Parts Drivers: Transport parts and equipment between locations.

Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. No previous experience necessary for some positions. Drug-free workplace policy.

Qualifications

Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a commitment to excellence are essential. We offer training and development opportunities.

Skills

Customer service skills, mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are valued.

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Schedule
