Service Order Dispatcher
About the role
The Service Order Dispatcher at Tessera is responsible for receiving, allocating, distributing, and recording work orders upon customer requests for services. This position involves scheduling preventative maintenance work orders, prioritizing service requests, conducting daily musters, maintaining service order lists, inputting daily sheet information, and managing facility credit card purchases.
Responsibilities
- Receive, allocate, distribute, and record work orders into Fleetbosse.
- Schedule preventative maintenance work orders in Fleetbosse for all facilities according to the requirements schedule.
- Determine the priority level of the service request and distribute it accordingly.
- Create and maintain working service order lists for personnel who finish service work orders and still have time to complete other service work orders.
- Create and maintain working service order lists for personnel who finish service work orders and still have time to complete other service work orders.
- Conduct daily muster with facilities personnel to ensure everyone understands service orders assigned and to assign new service orders.
- Input employee daily sheet information into Fleetbosse (Man Hours).
- Input Facility credit card purchases into Fleetbosse.
- Daily allocation of Tessera vehicle keys to the crew for daily operations.
Requirements
- A minimum of three (3) years of HVAC or facilities maintenance experience preferred.
- An associate’s degree preferred.
- Must be able to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must demonstrate proficiency in computer software, especially Microsoft Office.
- Must be able to provide customer service in a professional and courteous manner.
Qualifications
- A valid state driver’s license is required with the ability to obtain and maintain coverage by Tessera’s insurance.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain applicable security clearances and installation access.
